The purpose of the ESY Program is to maintain students' Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals from the previous school year.  Data collected based on the students' goals and objectives, pertaining to regression & recoupment and predictive factors determine whether or not a student meets the criteria for ESY services.

In the course of the program, there is opportunity for differentiation, as well as individual and small group instruction.  Programming is needs-based, and recreation/leisure activities are incorporated into a predominantly academic curriculum.  Support and related services are provided when need for such are identified on an IEP.  Students are expected to attend throughout the duration of the ESY program.
